Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the performance of day and night shift receptionists.
- Monitor and ensure high standards of guest Check-in/Check-out procedures, stepping in to assist when necessary.
- Provide timely responses to guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Oversee cash operations, payment accuracy, and the daily closing process.
- Supervise the Housekeeping Department to ensure room readiness meets established standards.
- Maintain constant monitoring of guest relations and service quality in accordance with internal company standards.
